A routine inspection uncovered that the existing purlins had significantly deteriorated over time. Several sections no longer met modern structural safety standards, and continued wear posed a risk to both building performance and occupant safety.
We completed a full purlin replacement and structural reinforcement program. Damaged and undersized members were removed and replaced with engineered, higher-capacity steel sections to restore compliance and prevent future issues.
