I first approached Adam Passau the owner and director of Enso Build to inquire about the renovation of an existing fibro garage at the rear of our family property.  We wanted to see if it was possible to rebuild the structure into a 'teenagers retreat'. We contacted Adam right at the very beginning of the project and looked at a number of options which Adam was able to clearly discuss with us.  The existing garage was very old and built in the early 1960's.  There were a number of considerations to be looked at including whether it was feasible to  utilise the existing structure and floor.  We discussed all of these issues with Adam and felt like we were able to make meaningful informed decisions that were also in line with our budget. Along with being a great builder, Adam is an excellent communicator and never made us feel awkward with our numerous questions and inquiries.  The build itself was a seamless one.  If an issue ever arose, such as a day or 2 delay it was always communicated to us and explained.  Requests for instalment payments were in line with the contract, agreed milestones and our expectations.  The quality of the work was obvious from even the frame stage and especially in the finishes achieved.  Adam takes pride in the quality of his work and seems focused on having happy customers. It can be a daunting experience engaging and dealing with a builder on a major project.  Adam however alleviated our concerns and delivered 100% on the 'teenagers retreat' we had envisaged.  I would highly recommend Enso Build for the quality of the build, their communication and professionalism.  What I suggest you do is to simply arrange to meet with Adam and discuss with him your requirements and like us, get a feel for the type of person and company Enso is.

We had previous dealings with Enso Build at our rental property and based on the very professional experience called Adam to quote on some work at our own home involving repairs to the ceiling following an earlier roof leak, a wall from which an A/C unit was to be removed and refurbishing some cedar window frames that had started to rot. Adam arrived on time, was well presented and his attitude was very professional. We agreed on his proposed method of repair and he indicated that he would be able to fit us in around th Christmas / New Year period which surprised us. We had his quote that evening. The work progressed over three visits and on each occasion Adam turned up on time, was very polite and attentive to our concerns. It was a pleasure to watch a competent tradesman in action; work areas were well protected with drop sheets and cleaned up thoroughly on completion of each day’s work. We have since painted the repaired window frames and challenge anyone to point out the repaired areas. The gyprock repairs to the ceiling and wall are primed and ready for us to paint and even in this state, it is hard to pick out the previously damaged areas. ENSO BUILD PTY LTD was engaged to carry out remedial works to assist in the safe access and thoroughfare of my elderly father in laws private residence located in South Penrith NSW. The required works were requested by and carried out under contract to the Department of Vetrans affairs. Adam carried out these works with the highest level of professionalism and genuine interest and conversation with my father in law and his elderly wife. Adam even turned up on a sunday morning to complete the required works. Adam completed  the works within the advised timeline and to the required standard. The works were inspected and closed off by DVA representative. Additional works are excpected to be carried out early  2026 and Enso Build PTY LTD will be the preferred contractor for the required works. We were lucky having Adam carry out these works and would have no hesitation in recommending Enso Build PTY LTD to any one requiring a licenced and qualified professional to carry out their carpentary works. He has an engaging personality and always keeps us informed of any delays and issues that may come up. I am posting for Anne 🫶🏾 I found Adam to be easy to work with friendly polite conscientious very happy. Adam took on the job that others found to be unworthy difficult or too small with a cracking concrete Veranda and stairs of a 60 year-old house. He made good choices and gathering together a good team to tackle those issues requiring specialist work and those jobs were completed to a good standard. provided regular updates t took me through process of the job explaining in full had patience listening to concerns and questions regarding the job. The team were a pleasure to work with Jessie and Aaron friendly and hard-working. Adam did a wonderful job with meticulous workmanship. Unfortunately we had some issues with our house structural integrity from the original build many years ago. We used ENSO for structural reworks, From start Adam was honest and responsive, corrective action was taken and once again our home is safe. Adam from ENSO Build did a wonderful job extending our deck to the garage to make it one level for us to walk straight access, with a ramp on one side to make it so much easier for my husband’s wheel chair also.
